SIS : Video Screens

Keeplan relies primarily on LCD technology for our Video Screen Skier Information Systems (SIS). Our normal configuration consists of two screens placed side by side. The first screen is completely dedicated to your ski area information, with the other screen used by Keeplan for snow sports video content and advertising. This configuration allows your resort to participate in the No-Cost Leasing Program. Each screen has its own independent digital engine PC and can be set up to pull content from an FTP site or receive content from an Infoneige server on your local area network (LAN).

Our LCD video screens come in both indoor and outdoor models. Indoor models can be placed in any high-traffic location. We typically use either 40" or 48" diagonal sizes, all of which are commercial-grade quality, meaning the internal components are designed to handle extreme usage 24 hours per day. Outdoor screens are also available in a 48" diagonal size, and are designed for extreme temperatures and resistance to moisture. However, they must be placed in an ideal exposure for sunlight, usually facing directly north or otherwise protected from direct sunlight. Keeplan personnel will review your locations and suggest the right technology for the job.
