No-Cost Leasing ProgramThe No-Cost Leasing Program (NCLP) is a great way for ski areas to take advantage of our industry-leading innovations by exchanging your prominent advertising space for our products and services. The amount of products and services offered to a ski area is dependent on several factors, including the location of the ski area, number of skier visits, demographic profile of the typical skier, notoriety of resort, and corporate profile. All of these factors are considered when determining the investment strategy of Keeplan Winter Sports. Another important factor is the ski area's willingness to grant exclusive long-term agreements. We will always work around the ski area's existing strategic partners, meaning that we will not sell competing categories. For example, if a ski area has Chevrolet as corporate sponsor, we will not sell our space to Ford or any other competitor. Exclusivity means that we do not want to compete with another third party selling advertising at the same resort. These factors will greatly enhance likelihood that we will be able to engage in the No-Cost Leasing Program with a ski area. In some cases, it may make more sense for the ski area to consider the "Revenue Sharing" options which we offer on ski racks, tower ads and chair maps. In any case, we will listen to what your ski area is trying to achieve and then design a program that works for the resort. Naturally, all of our products are offered for sale on a retail basis should the ski area desire not to participate in the No-Cost Leasing Program. |
NCLP Clients Many ski resorts are participating in our No-Cost Leasing Program, including Park City, Keystone, Jackson Hole, The Canyons, Breckenridge and Stowe.  These resorts enjoy the benefits of having our Skier Information Systems (SIS), ski racks, chair maps, and trail maps for their guests while providing Keeplan with the advertising space that helps us pay for and continue innovating our industry-leading products and services. |
